CAT Boats

I'm thinking about purchasing a CAT boat. I currently own a 1987 18 FT Manatee deep vee with a new 2002 125 HP Merc 2 stroke. I want to install my new OB on a new 19 FT Twin VEE CAT. It seem like a drastic move from a deep vee to CAT. <br /><br />Does anyone have any thoughts on CAT's? I've only heard good things. I fish some sloppy conditions in the Chesapeake bay.

My opinion on Cat's is a bias opinion. I think they're ugly. A lot of people are enjoying Cat's nowadays though. Must be something good about them. I have seen them used for a lot of different things, including fishing, skiing, pleasure boating, and my favorite.....sunbathing!!!
