Can someone verify that the driveshaft to crankshaft gasket I need to change impeller on a cd14 Johnson is 303355. And with it, the impeller itself, along with base gasket I should have everything and be ready?
That should be the right base gasket. I would also get the gasket and o-ring for the carbon seal while you're in there if it hasn't been done recently or the motor is new to you.
I was thinking that was for the it looks to be cork ring that sits at the top of the drive shaft, that was the one I had in mind when I looked up the part number. It's a round gasket with a hole somewhat bigger than the shaft and slips over a stepped washer and is above the ceramic spring thing.`The one I'm looking for is that smaller round one at the very top of the drive shaft. I'd like to know the part number and proper name for it.
