Cdi 194-5279

I have a Yamaha F25AMH 4T 2005 model. This model is Manuel with no rectifier.
The original part number from Yamaha rectifier is 65w8196010.
I have bought a CDI Electronic 194-5279 with 5 wires. The two yellow is going to the generator. But which cables is going to the battery the thickest red? And housing/ground to the minus?This leaves me with one grey unused and the thinnest red unused?.

The thickest red to + battery. Housing/ground to ? battery. I have measured with an ampere meter.
The cdi regulates charging perfect. Thin red and grey are unused.

I have the same engine. Searching for a rectifier I ended up at this page.
Can you use the original bolt eye positions to bolt the rectifier to the engine?
And between the rectifier and the battery what fuse did you use?
I saw the price for the original part of Yamaha. Is that the reason to choose for this one?
