CDI unit

I have an 75HP evinrude model No.85995R, my cdi unit is broken.Can i used the CDI unit out of any size or year evinrude

No you need one with the same amount of cylinders. If you have an inline 3 cylinder then a 70 hp inline 3 would probally work but a 4 cyl or 2 cyl model cdi would not!<br />steve
