center console steering

Hello again boating world,<br />Thinking about making my boat into a center console with a few alterations/modifications. My question, what would be the best steering system for this set up Rack & pinion ECT... any suggestions! ps only 40hp no need for duel cables

wjs3,<br /><br />I would use a rotary style. The space under most center consoles is limited, thus, the rotary takes up less room.

Ditto. The Teleflex No Feedback is a good, compact system. Put one in my CC last year and like it very much. Reasonable cost, too.

Ditto's also, have the same in my boat. 14 footer with center consel.. and 90 HP pump river sled. Good space saver!<br /><br />Link
