change fuel line

bought a new water separator , new fuel filter ....
noticed that my fuel line is in a sad state .....

bought 12 ft of new 3/8 " fuel hose ....

what is the best way to change this..... unplug from the gas tank and try to tape the new one and pull on it ....

any advice , it's a doral 164 1985 ..... gas tank on right side

Thats how I changed the vent hose in my SeaRay. I hooked a piece of nylon rope to old hose and pulled it through the floor. I then tied a not in the end of the rope and shoved it inside the new hose and used a zip tie to secure it inside the hose. Then used tape to make a nice tapered edge. I just made sure that it was loose enough for the hose to pull through
