change trailer from rollers to skids

I am wanting to change my traier from the junk rollers and replace with the skids. Once I figure out where I am goign to put my boat while I am working on it, does anyone have any ideas or guidance on how to align the skids to match the boat?

Hello Dan, what boat do you own ?

You want to make it into a bunk trailer not a skid trailer. I personally like bunk trailers.
My current boat trailer setup is half bunk and half rollers.
Conversion is very easy but we need to know what kind of boat, model ,size outboard, I/O you have.

I have a 1986 21' renken 2288 walk around cuddy. It has a 3.7L I4 170hp with an alpha 1 outdrive. I hope this helps.
