Probably a lot. What year/model do you have?

OK, I see you started two threads. It does look like the 25 and 35 are very similar in your case. There is a parts list at http://epc.brp.com/default.aspx?brands=ej&lang=E You can look it up for yourself. I do see that the cylinder and crankcase are different. That's when I stopped looking.

I don't know about a 1990 model, however my 1998 25 hp needed a carb., intake, bypass cover, throttle cam and a couple feet of bulk fuel line for the oil recirculation syst. I bought most of the parts from Twin Cities Outboard and through E-bay. since I was there, I also installed a set of Boyesen reeds, and a link & sync. The total cost was about $150 and took about 2-3 hours to install. Prior to the upgrade my top speed was about 27 mph now 32 mph! good luck!! (resaults may vary)
