Changing FORCE 120 PROP ,torque ?, RUBEX directions?.

Hope someone can help. I have a 1991 force 120 outboard and I'm installing a SOLAS prop with a rubex hub kit. My question is two parts.
1) The rubex hub kit instructions in the first paragraph state to use the original hardware but go on to direct you to use the kit hardware!. Which should I use.

2) Need the torque value for the prop nut.

If anyone can help it would be great....

Go with the new.
Not positive but I put about 40# or more on the nut.
