changing impeller on my mercury

i have a 2000 250 saltwater series mercury efi outboard. i do not have a manual for it. can anyone please walk me through changing the impeller. please be as specific as possible this is my first one. i ran aground a few times this past season and i am assuming i probably sucked up some mud.<br />thank you very much

t16j10<br />Best advise, get a manual before you do anything.<br />You most likly spent a lot of money when you bought it so don't risk your investment by not spending 20 to 30 bucks on a manual.<br />Kiwi
