this is probably a strange question... I have 2 stainless props from my old outdrives twins (omc that I kept when I repowered to mercs can I have the props rehubbed to fit on the mercs? the props are the same size and this would give me a spare prop for each side. 1 is a counter rotator.
thanks in advance

Re: changing out hub in prop

A good prop shop will tell you. Many Michigan props are re-hubbable to fit different engines. If the gearcase diameter is the same and the hub length is the same, It is conceivable that they could be re-hubbed to fit the Mercs. Since some OMC drives used the same splines as Merc, it is also possible that they might fit without any modification. --Depends on prop and propshaft---
