changing the prop shaft seal

I have a 1969 evinrude 85hp with hydro-electric shift, it has been getting a limited amount of water into lower unit oil. I drained the oil and pressure tested it to about 9psi, I can hear very small amounts of air coming from around the prop shaft. No air from around the upper seals. I obviously need to replace the prop shaft seal. I got the prop off but what do I need to do to get to the seals?
