All motors have a potential charging system. You just need to rectify and regulate the voltage produced by the magneto. If they don't make one for your motor, most motorcycle shops have the parts you need. You just need to figure out where to tap into the mag.
Think about it. If it isn't generating electricity then where are you getting your spark from.
