charging a parallel battery setup?

My current setup is 2 24 series deep cycle batteries hook up parallel for the trolling motor and a deep cycle/starting for everything else. I have a 2 bank charger and my question is should I charge the 2 battery parallel setup individually 2 banks, or can I just hook the one bank up to one of the 24 batteries and will they both charge at the same rate. <br /><br />Thanks............

The batteries for the trolling motor are in parallel (a 12 volt trolling motor)?<br /><br />If so, you can treat these two batteries as one large battery. Connect them to the charger as one bank and connect the starting battery to the charger as the other bank. They will not charge "at the same rate", they will charge as needed.
