Cheap Dinghy

Hi Everyone,
Would this cheap boat work as a dinghy? I would get a 1 to 2hp motor and use it 2 or 3 times a year when we go to at Catalina Island (from our mooring to the docks).

should work just fine. I grew up with a cheap sevylor inflatable with a 36# trolling motor and an AGM battery. still have the boat, donated it to my buddy Bob for his nieces and nephews to use

We started out with something like that for our first boat. It worked just fine and should be good as a dinghy.
