I have an Evinrude 150 model:E150EXECD
The engine starts and runs great at idle. Once I try to accelerate the motor starts running really rough and won’t go past 3,500 rpm. The alarm comes on whenever this happens as well. New primer bulb, fuel lines, water separator, fuel filter, cleaned the carbs. The motor has the vro unhooked and plugged so 50/50 mixed. I have tried running it in a portable tank with the same issue. Any ideas?

Temp sender or t-stat stuck forcing it into S.L.O.W
I thought the alarms were different on this model? It has different alarms for no oil, over heat, check engine, and low oil. I’ve read that the check engine alarm on this engine is for a fuel restriction?

Two audio alarms, constant is overheat, noncontinuous is oil/fuel.

If it's the second alarm (beep, beep, beep) try pumping your primer ball. (Bad fuel pump)

By the way, in the barrel you can test for the alarm but don't take it up to 3500 or more, bad for the motor. The above test will have to be on the water.

If you have a system tack which one is lighting up?

Get one of these and see if your motor is getting hot.

If you have System Check system you have 4 lights and alarms:

No oil - problem in oil delivery system
Low oil - in remote tank
Water temp - engine overheat
Check engine - Fuel restriction or vacuum leak

The plastic bowls don’t have them? Maybe I’m wrong, I just saw the diagram on crowley and it showed the orifice but I don’t have any.
Don’t know about your 150, but on my 200 the HS jet is behind the big brass drain plug, front and center of the bowl

Do you have a bowl off?

I didn't see any available at my site. There was 3 different size ones listed too.

Your motor will have the high speed jets in the carb bowls, behind the brass plug. I have heard they are hard to get.

You might try a salvage yard or flea bay.
