I have a 1993 Bass Tracker tournament 17 with a 40 horse evinrude oil injected.

As i turn the key to start, i hear one small chime sound from the dash. She starts right up.

If she runs with the hammer down it travels for about 5 mins and dies.. Then I just start it right back up again. and go for about 3 mins till it dies again. Now, I thought maybe not enough air, not enough gas.
But I can runer at half throttle and it won't die.
But I hear this chiming noise Intermitly start going off. I speed up, the chiming speeds up. until finily the chimes go away. but then the motor dies.

A. Is it water in the gas?
B. Not enough air to meet the demand? (I took the gas cap off too) did'nt help
C. Oil Pump?
D. Bad battery?
E. Bad Anchor ;)

Please help me..
