Hi everyone! I’m new here
Has someone use propeller from China on inboard mercruiser?
Now in Russia original propellers crazy expensive and shipping time 1-2 months. Found many options from China with good price and fast shipping. Think about use it. Does someone has experience?
Thanks!

The chances are they probably work. You might not find the perfect prop but probably fit and work fine. China is pretty good at making exact copies of stuff.

I put a chinese mercury remote on my 18’ StarCraft and other than no logo, you’ll never know. It also has Vevor steering which works. Copy of sea star.

some of the prop manufacturers use off-shore sources. without doing digging, it may be as good as other props. or it may be a really bad knock-off.

I bought a Solaris ( or something similar spelling ) for my M18 Tohatsu . I was looking for a budget do the job rather than some flash harry thing , and I had to guess at the pitch . . Sure looks ok and was 1/3 the cost of OEM

Yeah Im thinkin that if I can get a new prop for the same money as 6 beers at the diner I might be doing a bit more exploring of the river , which is mostly deep enough from my house to the sea ( about 10km as the crow flies ) and its gravel with no real rocks . I dont mind doing a bit of ditch digging if the new prop is peanuts .

Thanks for all for your advices.
Just put order to china prop for about 100$ against 500-600$ for original. It will come next week. Really need to repair or replace prop 1-2 times for summer
