I could speak volumes on Chinese cooking. My oldest son's better half is full blooded Chinese and cooks Chinese all the time. Always love going out there and seeing what she is going to tempt my pallate with next. Last time we were there, this past week, she fixed some baked Chicken in some kinda' Chinese spices, did a cabbage dish that was just outta' this world and followed all that up with fried rice. I don't live close enough to Columbus. Bummer.....

Well thanks tons guys!!! Now I'm in deep dodo with my sons better half. I clipped the site to a email and shipped it off to my son. Bad part is Dawn got hold of it first! Now she believes we all think they eat nothing but cat. I'll probably never eat home made Chinese again <br /><br />Ya' shoulda' heard my son laughing when he called. He was laughing so hard he could hardly talk. I could hear Dawn in the background "Whut? Dey tink we eat cat?!!!" <br /><br />OYVEY!!

We had an American Partner get transferred for a stint in Korea.<br /><br />His wife wanted company so they decided to buy a dog.<br /><br />They were walking around town and saw some cute dogs in the window.<br /><br />They were able to communicate to the clerk that they wanted a particular pup.<br /><br />He signaled for them to come back in ten minutes.<br /><br />They came back and the clerk gave them the dog. All packaged nice in a little brown bag!<br /><br />Not as bad as the Partner we had assassinated in Thailand because he did an audit...

It must have been one of those doggie to go (pre Prepped)places you are referring to Ralph. Usually they are flayed out then placed in the hot sun for a day. Then boiled and served with Kim-Chi(SP)which is cabbage with herbs that is placed in a pot and buried for some time in the ground(weeks).<br /><br />Kinda has a lizard type taste,I mean chicken..For desert they usually bring out the cholocate covered grasshoppers or ants as a finishing touch..

Nothing but cat?<br />Just this Christmas a chinese restaurant in <br />Edmonton was closed for having coyote in the <br />freezer. I guess it makes great ginger beef.
