i have an early 90's 9.9 4 stroke hi thrust, its equipped with a remote throttle and ignition control i believe model 703. it has fast idle, throttle/shift lever and ignition. my question is how do i choke it? its hard to start when its cold and i assumed the fast idle lever was also a choke but it doesnt look like it. when its warm it starts perfectly. i've looked for a choke lever and dont see on on the controls or the motor.
