I have a 21 ft Tracker Party Barge. All the non-custom covers are either 17ft-20ft OR 21ft to 24 ft.

I'm afraid the smaller will be too small and won't fit at all, while he bigger will have too much fabric to get a good tight fit. Anyone have any experience with this sizing?

Your best bet for an off the shelf cover is the 21' to 24' with something like this under it.
http://boatingsavings.sportsmansgui...rt-System.aspx?a=622748&pm2d=CSE-BSV-5-NEXTAG If you use the support system you'll have no problem getting it snug. That said, be realistic about going with the universal cover. If used properly it will protect your boat as well as anyhting else, but it will last two years at the most, you won't be able to tow with it, and it will be a hassle. (Been there done that:mad:) If that's all you can afford right now it's definitely better than no cover, but if there's any way you can swing it I strongly encourage you to get either a factory or custom cover.
