Christmas Boat Parade Question

I need to buy a power inverter for next year's boat parade. It's for a good friend. He has a dual battery set up so no need to worry about draining it dead. I really just need to know a good brand in the $50 range. Looking to get an 800 watt one.

I don't need to get into the technical aspects? just looking for what brand would be good with quality, lengths of clamps, etc.

Thanks? Go easy on the newbie.

Re: Christmas Boat Parade Question

buy a cheap HF one, so if you destroy it, (IE it gets wet) It's not a big deal, or you can do what I ended up doing for our parade, see if one of your local rental shops has a honda suitcase generator (the super quite ones) for rent. cost me about 35 bucks for the night. and it powered all my lights.
