Should be simpler then I'm seeing. What bolts are removed to lift motor off the leg?

I think??? after removing the rear cover there's 10 nuts and washers
around the side/back. One is hiding up inside a cutout.
Then inside the cover is 3-4 screws. around the front of the adaptor plate.
One of the screws is hard to get to, I ended up using a swivel socket to get it out.

Then there's a couple of places you can pry the block off the adaptor plate.
They used a lot of silicone and it can be a B*&^% to separate :(.

Thanks Jerry, this is what I was thinking, but some of them are so tight I was thinking about removing some of the linkage and brackets to get at it

Makes me wonder just how were these built on the factory floor.

Question is did I get them all?

Think I got all the fastener's (11 total) off and think its just the silicone holding but want to make sure

There are 2 nuts on right rear and 3 nuts on left rear side
There are 6 bolts on the top plate

There are 2 other bolts which I have not removed and there is no sign of them going up thru the motor plate above. There is one on each side and goes thru the rubber vibration mount shown in pic

There are 6 bolts from top inside and they are in the front of the engine.
Then you have 6 studs with nuts from under the rear cover.
2 at star side and 3 at port side, then there is 1 at the back above the exhaust hole.

I have just pulled a power head from a 75Hp 1976 Chrysler and the bolt pattern are the same.
Mine has been in salt water and there was a PIA to pull it from the leg.
Due to salt water there was bulit up from salt corrosion (white stuff from aluminium alloy) in the hole thru the adapter plate and the leg for the studs.
I had to cut some of the studs (4 I believe) at the split line between the block and adapter plate with a angler grinder.
The adapter plate is now destroyed, but i have some for spare to put in instead.

I'll look for that one, thanks

Mines fresh water, but the pivot and tilt pins are sized so need to get it apart to free up. I also have a 105 with a cracked block, so many if there are parts that can be used if needed
