CHRYSLER 140 HP (charger)

can anyone give me info on this motor? i think it's late-70's early 80's. what kind of motor was this? reliable? where can i find parts, and controls for it? thanks for any help. sea star

It's an engine that was designed for people as a budget motor. There are still quite a lot of them running around that are 30 + years old....In the lower hp ranges that is. The inline 4 is at best a ten year, 1500 hour engine. It's well past what ever prime it had and is fit only for the refuse pile. I'll always be fond of them because I was raised on them , but reliable they ain't.
