I finally got my '61 Sea Swirl wet, but of course have discovered a problem. The electric choke isn't working. I was able to amuse a great deal of bystanders after launching it by leaving the dock, finding a long stick, and turning the motor into a manual choke model. Anyway, I need to replace the choke solenoid, and have no idea where to find one. Any ideas?

Re: Chrysler 35hp Choke Solenoid

the choke solenoid is part number 89-817760A2
may be that mercruiserparts.com
have it-they show in his site that the choke solenoid
value is 47,45 but I do not know if they have it in stock-
is Bam Marine of Florida-good luck
