chrysler 6hp needing parts

I have a late 70's chrysler 6hp in need of a tiller handle part and unable tofind a dealer that sells what I need.
with the handle raised, underneath the handle there is a plastic "sleeve" that the throttle shaft runs through, Ineed that plastic sleeve,mine broke

btw I have a 1977 Boston Whaler Sport I just totally restored, my dad has a 1966 (forgot the model) he is restoring now
