This motor hasn't run in years. Have cleaned carb and lubricated, but it needs fuel bulb squeezing to keep running. Fuel pump may be stiff-can't tell by looking at it. Can it be replaced? Anyone know where parts can be obtained? Any other thoughts?

Try NAPA. I bought fuel pump and carb kits there for about $15.

Yep..replace fuel pump or you'll have a carb full of old rubber chips...there might be a little fuel screen on the inlet side of the fuel pump too...tiny and jus looks like a hex pipe adapter...you should replace all the "little " fuel lines under the hood too..probably hard as rock and cracking...
