Chrysler outboard fuel tank

Good morning all, I have a 1973 chrysler 70hp outboard, I'm having a hard time finding a fuel tank, can I use an evinrude tank with evinrude fittings?

Howdy.

Tanks are tanks with very few exceptions. Almost any tank will work as long as the motor end of the fuel hose has a fitting matching the motor fitting.

You'll need Chrysler fittings for the motor side
if there's a connector on the bottom cowl.
Pics of the fitting on the motor and the hose??
