Chrysler Outboard Model 557HG carb and timing

I am trying to set the timing and the carb, does anyone have the correct procedure to set this up?

They contain all kinds of good hints, procedures for doing all kinds of good things.

Always try to include the year if known??
From what I can find?? 1971?

IF????? no ones messed with the timing? Then it usually doesn't move.

They sell factory "service" manuals on e-bay.
A "parts" manual doesn't help much.

A Clymer or Seloc manual isn't as good but if that's all you can get??

the year is 1974. i can not find the correct fuel mix, does anyone know it?
