First off i'd like to say thank you to every one who replied to my first post. okay engine details. 72 chrysler 105,2 piece lower unit with a coupler shift, 12 vane impeller. It has two tillson "WB" carbs,type 4 breakerless ignition with motorola reg/rec.It does have a thermostat and a presure relife valve. In all truth i have never known the engine to over heat, but i did find that the thermostat was stuck open. To 12footer, Define exhaust. There are two small ports on the back of the motor and i guess the equivelent of a tail pipe on the bottom of the lower unit and water sputters uot of both, more out of the "tail pipe" please advise.
