Everything was working, then lost power to all the switches but still had power on the main power switch. Noticed that the breaker for the courtesy lights and livewell are kind of stuck in (they don't move). I removed the panel and wiggled a couple wires and everything seemed to work but the breakers on the livewell and courtesy lights don't have play in them like the others. Would the breakers on them possibly be bad?

Re: Circuit Breakers

Its possible.
Try a OHM meter on them and see if they are closed.
You can also use a jumper wire to test it. Jump across the breaker and see if the stuff comes on. But dont leave it on the circuit.

Re: Circuit Breakers

Is there a main breaker that would control all the switches as I still have power at the power switch but as sooon as I turn on one switch at a time, they all go out. Would one bad breaker cause everything to go out?

Re: Circuit Breakers

new boat, so not familiar with this type breaker but when they go bad, does the little post pop out or go in? Sorry, I think I posted in the wrong forum - don't do this too much.

they pop out when tripped. You could have a bad/ loose connection to ground or power.

Re: Circuit Breakers

Check the voltage going into the breaker and coming out...
