Alumibrite. Available at A/C parts houses or any A/C company. About 10.00 a Gallon. Mix it 50:1 and wear rubber gloves(Acidic). That should be enough to do your boat 5 or 10 times. A garden sprayer works best. Hose off as soon as it's clean. Might want to buff it out after cleaning it.
