Clean Plugs

Just purchased a new boat with a 2002 90 H.P. Mercury. After the break-in, and the double oil, the plugs came back clean (unlike what he expected), which the mechanic said was odd, but nothing to worry about. Anyone else had an experience like this? Any advice or input would be appreciated.

That does soubnd odd, allthough I don't have much experiuance with brand new ones.<br />Double oil just naturally fouls the plugs. If they were like new clean, I would be slightly concerned with water getting in there, and cleaning them. Take this with a grain of salt (as Schematic's tagline reads). But like i said, I'm not "the man" when it comes to beand-new.
