Cleaning Carburators on a 1999 75hp. Mercury

Help!!!!Could someone lead me thru cleaning the carbs on my 1999 75hp motor?? It's a 3 cylinder. I'll probably need a step by step Instruction sheet. I've had the boat for 2yrs and I run it regularly, it don't set for long, i've changed the spark plugs once, but i'm sure the carbs need cleaning. The last time I was on the lake it just cut out and died then it wouldn't restart, it's never done this before....what else could it be if not the carbs?? Thanks
