Cleaning seats

Just wondering what a good cleaner was to use on seats and other vinyl (I'm guessing that's what seats are made of) They are all in good shape but just need a good cleaning because they are white and are getting a lil dinngy. Thanks guys for any suggestions.

I've used bleach to limited success (some stains just won't go). Be carefull not to let it get to the stitching or colored fabric. Soak an old cloth at let it sit for a minute on the stain and rinse with a sponge.
