Cleveland is going to be mighty messy!

Fox news reported that Cleveland is facing some big layoffs and cutbacks. Police, Firemem, and other departments are going to lose their jobs. <br /><br />But what has shocked me is that they have 1600 trash receptacles located around town. Or I should say they had 1600. They are taking them off the streets to save a million dollars by not having to empty them. They think people are going to take their trash into the stores. Yeah right? Time to buy stock in rat poison. Glad I don't live there.....but my oldest sister does........ <br /><br />SS
