clutch dog...but which one?

Good evening All! I have a 1987 johnson 140 outboard. I am having the intermittent, but getting worse hammers of Thor bang while in forward gear. My research of your threads leads me to believe that this is a clutch dog problem. OMC 320630. My question is that I am finding a large price difference online and a few different places of manufacture.

Marine Parts dource Mfr.- Sealteach
One on Ebay that I cannot determine the Mfr.

My question is./... Is there a Mfr. I need to stick with or stay away from? Or do I just shop price here?
How hard of a swap is this?

On hard parts like that I tend to use the OEM parts. Shop for the best price you can find on an OEM part.
