CMC PT130 and Clamp on motor questions

I have a 40HP Evinrude which clamps on.....However, I broke the clamps a while back and I ended up rebolting the motor to the transom of the boat not using the clamps. My question is this....Do I need to get new clamps and the clamp adapter for the PT&T or will I be able to bolt it up to the motor like it is now? Thanks.

You can bolt it same as you would to your transom. The PT130 is rated for higher horsepower motors that don't typically have clamps anyway.
