coating water passages

its there a coating for water passages in heads and block, to help stop rusting??? if so could you give me a link.. thanks

if there was he would be a rich man<br /><br />one solution is flushing with salt away<br /><br />even flushing with fresh water helps out a lot<br /><br />theres a lot of places to find it just google<br /><br />tommays

Don - do you think saltaway really helps over and above say a good 5-10 minute flush with fresh water?<br /><br />Here is what they say they can do. Is it worth the cost (like $35/gal) and effort for these kind of results?<br /><br />

I Know it's not feasible for everybody,.... <br />And, I only splash in the Salt every year or two,.........<br /><br />But,.......<br />What I do is,......<br />After loading out of the Salt,..I run up the road to a Freshwater Launch,+ Splash it There.........<br />After a 1/2hr or hour boat ride,.... I Know there's No Salt Left.....<br />I think being able to build some Engine Heat,... Helps the Flushing.........Opens the Pores in the Cast Iron.........
