Cobra 3.0 Sterdrive swapout????

I have a 3.0 in a Century Bronco and I'm wondering if I could just swap out the engine for a 4.3 without any mods to the stern drive unit? Is this a bolt-in swap or would I have to also replace the lower unit? Thanks in advance!!!!!

Sell your boat,+ buy 1 with a Bigger motor...
