I have a 24 ft. 1986 FourWinns w/5.7ltr and OMC Cobra stermdrive. The boat hasen't been used in about a year and a half and the sterndrive has lowered by itself. I need to raise the drive so I can move the boat with no danger of striking the bottom of the sterndrive on the ground. When I connect the battery and try to do it with the controls I get a 'click' sound but, no movement. Is there a way to manually raise the drive?
