Code 1109 60hp 4 stroke

[Paradise pontoon]

Hello have a 60 hp mercury 4-stroke. Has code 1109 keeps coming back. The electric fuel pump doesn’t receive any ground from the ECU. Fuel pump relay is good getting 12 volts to fuel pump. Have replaced fuel pump and relay. Im think the ECU is bad. Anyone have any thoughts

I had to google the 1109 code because I didn’t want to walk out to the shop. What I got back was fuel delivery, ignition or possible guardian activation. Is there a reason you are only looking at the fuel system?
