color skins for jet skis

i was watching pwc tv a few months and the show was about putting a custom clor skin on your jet ski. i've looked all over the web but can't find anything. does anyone know where i can find some info? it was really cool, looked like a custom paint job but it was a decal skin that went on wet and stuck to the jet ski. thanks for ant help.
