Ne one know what compression on a '54 evinrude fleetwin 7.5 should be<br /><br />I have 6olbs on both cylinders.

100 lbs would be better but it should run with 60<br /> its good that it is the same on both.<br /> You could try a decarb to see if it will<br />loosen up the rings.
