I just wanted to pass along this example of superior service from Ritchie.<br /><br />Just the other day, my compass appeared to be leaking. It had not been damaged. I called Ritchie and they are sending me a new capsule and instructions to instal it.<br /><br />I don't have proof of purchase nor do I know how old it is, but they are standing by their quality product.
