Compression gauge cost and source.

You guys have helped me a lot in getting my 1954 Johnson 5.5 hp running. Now I am getting hooked. How much should I expect to pay for a decent compression gauge? And where do I get it? Auto supply store? Thanks. Jerry S

I paid about 30 bucks for mine at fleet farm. Most auto parts stores will have them like napa, orilies, advance auto parts... almost any major parts store should be able to hook you up with a good tester...

$20 to $25 around here if you shop around a bit. A little more if it comes in a fancy case.
