compression on a 85 johnson 150

lookin at getting a new boat and i came across one i like the engine is a 85 johnson 150 the compression is at 90 psi. so my question is where should the compression be at on this motor is this where it should be?

That's pretty normal for a 150. Perhaps 10 lbs more if it is a 150S.

My recently rebuilt 175 GT shows about 92-93 on my gauge. Yours is right in the ball park.
