compression test

evinrude 70hp model number70673d. i just done a compression on this motor and the numbers was, top 135. middle 135. bottom 130 good numbers???? i took all 3 plugs out, put gage it top hole and cranked the motor for 3 seconds, then read gage.. is this the right way?? how many times does the motor have to turn over to get the readings??
