Compression Values?

I have my manual ordered, in the meantime, does anyone know what is the accecptable range for compression on a 1959 Johnson Super Seahorse 50hp??<br /><br />#1 80 psi<br />#2 85 psi<br />#3 80 psi<br />#4 85 psi<br /><br />Engine was cold (wont start). I did not put any WD-40 in the cylnders beforehand.<br /><br />Thanks for the help!!<br /><br />Daron

Do I need to wait until I get the engine running before I can decarb with Seafoam?? Many post say do it when engine is warm??<br /><br />Thanks!!<br /><br />Daron
