Computer prolbems, HELP!!!!

I can't get onto my other boating forum. I'm getting ready to make a purchace and really need to get to the wedsite.<br /><br />When I type in the address it says "attempt to load www.whatever.com failed. Every other web site is working okay.<br /><br />The site is not down because I talked to someone else that got on no prolbem.<br /><br />HELP! What should I do?

Ryan, I have this happen all the time. Try and do a search on that address and link of the search results page.

could be you can't access cause of heavy traffic---could be cause of cookies from that site are causing problems--i understand that deleting cookies on your 'puter (to that site) could help you--BUT--DELETING ALL COOKIES-- may give you problems at other sites you visit, ie--iboats may not auto log you in and request your user and password--not sure, but be CAREFULL-<br /><br />(EDIT)--the link you posted above had mwww.whatever.comm/ as addy. i corrected to www.whatever.com and took me to teddy bear site--<br /> whatever.com

Oh, I said whatever.com because I did not want ot say the name of another site on iboats, thats kindof funny. say hi to the teddys

Ok - try this. Flush your cache. If you are using IE, right click on the blue e, select properties, select delete files. Then give it a try. Make sure you try to enter at the homepage an not somewhere deep in the site.
